Customer Service / Receptionist

We are a dynamic consumer goods company located in the heart of downtown Montreal. We are seeking a full-time Customer Service / Receptionist representative. The Customer Service function will be responsible for answering consumer-related phone calls, entering data, and providing solutions to customers as well as sending out replacement parts. Receptionist duties involve calling couriers for pick up, greeting visitors, and answering phones.

REquirementS:

  • Bilingual (English & French)

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Ability to maintain accurate records

  • Friendly, courteous and enjoy dealing with the public

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • CRM-type software as asset

  • Excellent organization skills

  • Ability to work with multiple spreadsheets

  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar role

This is a permanent position. Salary to reflect experience. Work week is Monday through Friday, from 8:30-17:00 p.m. We offer summer and winter hours where we finish earlier on Fridays.
